個(gè)人簡介

陳海彬,博士,校聘教授。2019年3月畢業(yè)于華北電力大學(xué),2019年8月引進(jìn)至BETVLCTOR偉德官方網(wǎng)站從事教學(xué)與科研工作。主要緻力于新型薄膜太陽電池器件制備、性能表征及應(yīng)用研究。迄今為止,在ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,J Power Source、J. Mater. Chem. A等期刊發(fā)表多篇高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文。目前與華北電力大學(xué)、中科院應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究所保持密切科研合作關(guān)系。

研究方向

鈣鈦礦薄膜制備、形貌調(diào)控及器件性能研究。
